We regard our Distributors as our Business Partners and we treat them like a Customer. Working together, we provide our Principals with sales and market growth, exceeding all of our Principals' expectations.
  • We use business plans to organize, direct and support the actions of our Distribution Business Partners.
  • Our Sales Reps and Distributor Field Sales Reps engage in regular one-on-one consultations as regards mutual accounts and New Business Opportunities.
  • RC&J Principal Advocates provide day-to-day support for Distribution Inside and Field Sales Reps.
  • Business Plans are regularly reviewed and updated by RC&J Management, Distribution Sales Management and our respective Sales Teams.
  • RC&J’s primary responsibilities are: demand creation, account penetration and command of the new business opportunity.
