- We use business plans to organize, direct and support the actions of
our Distribution Business Partners.
- Our Sales Reps and Distributor Field Sales Reps engage in regular
one-on-one consultations as regards mutual accounts and New Business
Opportunities.
- RC&J Principal Advocates provide day-to-day support for Distribution
Inside and Field Sales Reps.
- Business Plans are regularly reviewed and updated by RC&J Management,
Distribution Sales Management and our respective Sales Teams.
- RC&J’s primary responsibilities are: demand creation, account penetration
and command of the new business opportunity.
